Paper Mache Anyone?

Hey Guys,
Just wondering do any of you know how to make the paper mache paste stuff?
Cause I really want to makea blue paper mache budgie! It'll be awesome! :)

    WOW ur back!! Are you back?? I hope so! I think paper mache is just a mixture of water and flour, then to make it blue just paint the budgie after. Google it to get the amounts of flour, water, and/or other ingredients. Hope ur back 4 good!!!!
